About me: This is my fourth year teaching Spanish, and first in my new role as the third through fifth grade Spanish teacher in the district. Previously, I was the fourth through eighth grade Spanish teacher at Roosevelt School. Before transitioning into becoming a staff member in the district, I was a student at Roosevelt school from pre-k to 8th grade, where I first started to learn Spanish. After that, I continued my Spanish education at Lyndhurst High School and later, Quinnipiac University in Connecticut, where I graduated with a bachelor’s degree in Spanish and a master’s degree in teaching. During my time in college, I studied abroad in Spain for four months where I lived with a family who strictly spoke Spanish. While there, I taught English at an elementary school. I cannot wait to share my knowledge with your children at Roosevelt and Jefferson Schools!
