As a School Counselor, my role at school is to be a student advocate in many ways. This includes providing individual and small group counseling, conflict resolution, peer mediation, psycho-education, academic support services, and social-emotional learning. I also provide families with both mental health and community resources/referrals. I enjoy working with students on a daily basis, and entering the individual classrooms to provide SEL lessons.
